Eight apartments were given to employees of the Ekosem-Agrar subsidiary Severnaya Niva Bashkiria under a social rental contract. After five years of employment in the company, they can purchase their apartment on favorable special terms.

Ramil Nuriakhmetov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, attended the ceremony of dedication of the house and handing over the keys. He praised the joint work of the state and investors in developing rural infrastructure and stressed that social support for young people working in agriculture and other important sectors is crucial for rural development.

"One of the principles of EkoNiva's work is to attract young professionals to agriculture, create good conditions for their professional development and provide them with a comfortable life in the countryside," commented Nikolay Lukerin, Head of Severnaya Niva Bashkiria. "We are glad that our employees have been provided with accommodation. Many of them have been working with full dedication on the development of the dairy cow facility since its opening, almost three years ago. I congratulate them on moving in, they deserve it!"

In 2020, a dairy cow facility for 2,800 cows was completed near the village of Ermekeyevo. More than 80 tons of raw milk are currently produced here every day. In addition, Severnaya Niva Bashkiria manages 18,000 hectares of arable land. The establishment of the farm in the region has created 312 jobs.
