Shortly after the meeting, these 27 young specialists from 11 regions of Russia will pass their final exams and become full-time employees of EkoNiva. During the conversation with the prospective specialists, Stefan Duerr told them about himself, spoke of the most important milestones in EkoNiva’s history and the key success factors and unveiled some plans for the future development of the company.

‘Our company is developing rapidly, we are constructing new dairies and expanding our land area, so we need qualified young employees’, says Stefan Duerr.

The meeting filled the trainees with enthusiasm and bright hopes for the future. They walked out of the meeting room with their eyes shining with inspiration, eager to join EkoNiva’s team after the completion of their four- month ZooVet course. Almost all the trainees come to work for EkoNiva after the completion of the course. Farming enterprises of the company make job offers to the most gifted students even before they finish their studies.

‘I was really excited to meet Stefan Duerr’, shared Ksenia Yarovaya, trainee of ZooVet programme.

‘Internship at such a large company provides you with unparallelled opportunities. While working at EkoNiva’s enterprises, I felt that I was a part of something large and important.I felt immensely proud of the company, where I was lucky to do the internship. Naturally, I hope to be employed by EkoNiva because the company has given me much more than just education and a workplace.’
