Information for bondholders of Ekosem-Agrar GmbH

Ekosem-Agrar GmbH has been informed by bondholders that Mr. Karl Müller has made purchase offers for the Ekosem-Agrar corporate bonds 2012/21 (ISIN: DE000A1MLSJ1) and 2012/22 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) which the custodian banks have passed on to investors.
The Executive Board comments on this as follows:
Mr. Müller is not known to the company and there are no legal relationships between him and the company. In accordance with the non-binding offer, Mr. Müller would like to purchase bonds with a volume of up to EUR 5,000,000 each at an offer price of EUR 705.00 or EUR 702.50 per EUR 1,000 nominal amount and is thus significantly lower than the issue price and the current market value of the bonds.
Mr. Müller's offer has apparently caused uncertainty on the market, which could be the reason for the current decline in bond prices. The management makes clear that there are no reasons for the decline in the price of Ekosem bonds due to the operating business development.
