Ekosem-Agrar changes legal form into a stock corporation in the context of the preparation of an initial public offering

Walldorf, 31 July 2018 – The shareholders of Ekosem-Agrar GmbH, the German holding company of Russian milk producer Ekoniva Group, passed the resolutions to change the legal form of the company into a German stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) today.
The change of legal form was resolved in the context of an intended initial public offering of the company, which the company is currently preparing.
