Ekosem-Agrar AG: Wolfgang Bläsi leaves the company's Management Board at the turn of the year

Walldorf, 28 July 2022 - The Supervisory Board of Ekosem-Agrar AG and Mr Wolfgang Bläsi have today mutually agreed that Mr Bläsi will step down as a member of the Management Board (CFO) of Ekosem-Agrar AG for personal reasons at the end of 31 December 2022. The Supervisory Board regrets Mr Bläsi's departure and expresses its respect and high esteem for the successful work he has done.
Wolfgang Bläsi will continue to be closely associated with Ekosem-Agrar AG and will act as a consultant for the company after his resignation as a member of the Management Board.
