Ekosem-Agrar AG: Audit work for 2020 financial statements cannot be completed yet

Walldorf, 7 March 2022 - Ekosem-Agrar AG announces that the company's auditor, Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft ("EY"), has informed the company that, due to developments in recent days, it is not foreseeable whether and when the audit work for the 2020 financial year can be completed. The Company will coordinate closely with EY and inform as soon as new information becomes available.
