EkoNiva awarded as best employer in the Russian agricultural sector

The EkoNiva Group, Russia's largest dairy producer, has been awarded the HR Talent Award and is thus considered the most attractive employer in the Russian agricultural sector. The ranking of the best employers is based on the results of a large-scale online survey conducted by the Russia - Land of Opportunity platform and ANCOR Group.

The EkoNiva Group's HR policy is unique in that it relies on trust in young professionals and their rapid career development in key positions. The group offers employees with no experience a fast start, ongoing training and an attractive environment within the company. Programmes are also developed to provide accommodation for employees, improve conditions for moving to the countryside and actively support social projects in the villages.
